The Saudi Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) defines the Bulgarian products offered on the Saudi market as high quality.

The owners of personal farms who raise domestic pigs shall receive 300 levs. The funds would be granted for cleaning and disinfecting the farms.
Bulgaria requested to be included in the drafting of a Regulation of the European Commission for providing the opportunity particular European Union Member States to pay an increased amount of cash advances under direct payment schemes and several rural development measures for 2019.
Bulgaria received 2.9 million euros from the 2018-2019 African Swine Fever Disease Prevention Plan by the European Commission.
