Minister of Agriculture and Food Desislava Taneva officially opened the Bulgarian stand at the Paris International Agricultural Show 2015 (Salon International de l'Agriculture 2015) held in Paris. For the first time our country is represented at the forum with handmade chocolate with rose petals. The guests at the Bulgarian stand will also have the chance to taste delicacies made of duck meat, bio-wine, natural jams, rose water, as well as cosmetic products of bio-roses, lavender and others. Minister Taneva wished the exhibitors luck and useful business contacts. She also thanked the companies that take part in the event and remarked that their participation was highly important for the good presentation of our country at such big forums. She also commented on the new programme period of OP Rural Development 2014-2020, saying that aroma cultures, such as lavender and roses, may receive serious financial support – EUR 405 – EUR 557 per hectare.
