Minister of Agriculture and Food Kiril Vatev and H.E. Mr. James Gatera, Ambassador of Rwanda to Israel, accredited for Bulgaria, discussed the drafting of a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of agriculture between the two countries.
Minister Vatev stated that Bulgaria is a well-developed agrarian country with many traditions. On his part, H.E. Mr. James Gatera pointed out that he follows Bulgaria's activities in the field of agriculture with interest.
