Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry welcomes and fully supports the Rediscover Bulgaria platform, which aims to promote domestic tourism. Within the platform one could find many contact points between business and the state, stated Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forestry Desislava Taneva at a briefing, given together with the Minister of Economy Emil Karanikolov and the MinisterTourism Nikolina Angelkova, and business representatives in the Council of Ministers. “An excellent holiday at the sea or the Balkan in the best possible conditions, with high health and nutrition standards is offered to the Bulgarian consumer. I guarantee that in Bulgaria there are enough quality food products, produced according to BSS, and fresh products, enough to satisfy domestic consumption and to be offered as a standard on o THE Black Sea coast for native and foreign tourists, "added Taneva.
According to her, we will be able to see the best well known Bulgarian hotels that will commit to comply with the high health standards. "Traditional Bulgarian food and menu will be offered, under strict control, to guarantee the Bulgarian consumer if one makes a reservation through the Rediscover Bulgaria platform," said further the Minister of Agriculture.
She wished success to the initiative, assuring that the agri- ministry, Bulgarian farmers and producers are ready to meet all needs.
