Since early September, experts from the State Fund “Agriculture” will check the three years’ implementation of business plans of young farmers with projects under Rural Development Program (RDP) 2007-2013. The checks will cover projects that have received funding in advance and which ended their third year of implementation. This became clear during the discussion on Measure 112 “Establishment of farms to young farmers”, which was held as part of RDP 2007-2013 Open Day for farmers today in Tsarevo, Burgas District.
The main issues raised by farmers during the discussion were related to the deadlines for forthcoming inspections, submission of applications for payment to State Fund “Agriculture”, as well as specific commitments to implement the business plan under Measure “Young Farmer”. Farmers were also informed about the opportunities for applications under measures, supporting the semi-substances farms and producers’ organizations, for which the acceptance of applications will continue until the end of 2011. The discussion was attended by experts from Ministry of Agriculture and Food, Regional “Agriculture Directorate”, “Paying Agency” of Burgas and the National Advisory Service in Agriculture.
The Open Day about agricultural farmers from the District of Burgas was opened together with the Festival of Manov honey in Tsarevo, which will continue until August 8.
