This week the SFA disbursed BGN 4, 5 million in the accounts of beneficiaries with successfully implemented investments under eight measures of the Rural Development Programme 2007-2013.
Subsidies amounting to BGN 1,380,353 were paid under Measure 123 "Adding value to agricultural and forestry products”; BGN 1,595,802 were paid umder the public Measure 321" Basic services for the population and the rural economy”.
Beneficiaries received a total of BGN 1,532,474 for investment proposals successfully implemented under Measure 112 "Establishment of young farmers’ farms", Measure 121 "Modernization of agricultural holdings", Measure 141 "Support for semi-subsistence farms undergoing restructuring," Measure 312 "Support for the creation and development of micro enterprises”, Measure 431 - 2 "Acquisition of skills and animating the territory of potential local action groups," Measure 511 "Technical Assistance".
Meanwhile, during a meeting of the Expert Committee to Ensure Transparency held today in the SFA 21 new projects worth BGN 8,477,066 under Measure 311 "Diversification of agricultural activities” and Measure 312" Support for the creation and development of micro enterprises "of the RDP.were approved
The subject of investments under the two measures are mainly for the construction of photovoltaic power plants and development in rural tourism. Among the approved projects is one to equip a company for telecommunications services and build a business for plastic products production
The total amount of approved project costs is estimated at BGN 8, 4 million, while the approved a subsidy amounts to BGN 6, 1 million.
