“There are plenty of prospects for beneficial cooperation between Bulgaria and Belarus”. This statement was made by agriculture and food minister Prof. Dimitar Grekov at a meeting with HE Vladimir Voronkovich, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Bulgaria, and representatives of a Belarusian business delegation in MoAF.
Among them are the restoration of the positions on the Belarusian market for Bulgarian products such as wines, soft cheeses, hard cheeses, bio products, honey and fruit & vegetable cans, commented minister Grekov. He informed about a possibility for mutual cooperation also in the field of wood processing.
“Our wish is that the Belarusian agricultural and forestry machinery will be able to reestablish their positions on the Bulgarian market”, said ambassador Voronkovich.
Minister Grekov extended an invitation to his Belarusian colleague to visit Bulgaria, in order to discuss these opportunities.
