Municipalities that have RDP contracts with deadline for implementation in 2012 and are contracting party under Public Procurement Law and Ordinance for Assigning Small Public Procurement may submit a request for the extension of the deadline This is possible after the amendment of national legislation by 2011. The change makes possible the period of execution of such projects under the RDP to be extended to 30 months after the receipt of the decision to coordinate the latter procedure for selection of contractor for construction works. So far, the term was 30 months after the conclusion of a contract to assist with the State Fund "Agriculture". All municipalities that have signed contracts before the change can conclude an annex to the contract and extend the implementation period. For that purpose they must submit an application no later than two months before the expiry of the contract.
