Eng. Krasimir Koev, executive director of the Executive Agency on Vine and Wine (EAVW), opened on December 11 a press conference to present a new project designated to optimize policy management in the sector and improve national legislation through encouraging partnership between stakeholders.
The project is backed by Operational Programme Administrative Capacity, which is co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund. It will run for 18 months, said project manager Georgi Dinev.
The press conference was attended by representatives of industry organizations, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, the Customs Agency, the Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency (BSMEPA), the business community, stakeholders and all regional EAVW units, among others.
