Seeds can be its own production and not to be finally certified. Financial frame, approved by the Board of the Fund, amounted to BGN 9, 930 million. Documents will be submitted in regional directorates, and paying of funds will finish until December 23, 2011.
Credit for purchasing mineral manure amounted to BGN 80per hectare, and for seeds – BGN 60 per hectare. Loans will be given in 6% interest. Grain producers apply by one application to the both direction. Therefore they can provide common insurance and security under the credit.
Credit obligations are secured by mortgage on real estate, a particular pledged on machinery and equipment, warehouse reserves for deposited grain for preservation in public stores, deposit in cash or bank guarantee. Guarantee instruments should cover 120 % of credit amount.
