The State Fund Agriculture (SFA) carries out reshuffles of the whole leadership. The new CEO is Rumen Porozhanov - now head of the cabinet of Finance Minister Simeon Dyankov.
The proposal is for reshuffling all deputy directors. The new deputy directors are Svilen Kostov, Ivan Kolev Kapitanov and Svilen Kolev.The new CEO is Rumen Porozhanov who was present Head of Cabinet of the Minister of Finance Simeon Djankov. After his election, he proposed new deputies for his team. The three new deputy directors are Svilen Kostov, current head of the Direct Payments department in the Fund; and Ivan Kapitanov, who is a director of a department at the Finance Ministry; and Svilen Kolev, another "career" civil servant in the Fund.
Rumen Porozhanov has an extensive experience in public finance management. Until taking up his new post Porozhanov , he was Head of Office of the Minister of Finance. In 1992 he joined the Ministry of Finance, as from 2001 to 2009 he headed the Real Sector Finance Directorate. He graduated with Master Degrees from the University of National and World Economy in Economics and Management of Agriculture. He further qualified at the same University in Economics and Management of the Defense Process. He has several specializations abroad. Fluent in English. Married with one child.
