State Fund "Agriculture" has processed all applications for support under Measure D "Measures to support the restocking of hives in the Community" under the National Beekeeping Program. Contracts under the three sectors of the measure are signed to purchase beehives, queen bees, clusters and swarms.
Applicants may receive their contracts within the Regional SFA Directorates at the „Implementation of Measures and Support Schemes Departments according to the place where they lodged their applications.
Application acceptance under Measure D of the "National beekeeping program for three-year period 2011 to 2013" was opened on 16 January with a budget of about BGN 5.15 million. Due to the increased demand, high rates of subsidy and available conditions of the program, provided funds were absorbed yet in the first two days.
