651 applications under Measure 312 “Support for Establishment and Development of Micro Enterprises” were submitted in 2010. The total amount of aid declared repeatedly exceeded the budget under the measure for the acceptance period and it was necessary project to be classified in special scoring system, according to requirements of Ordinance № 29 from 11.08.2011. After classification, applications for aid are processed in descending series until spending of the budget. Projects have to collect minimum 55 points to be examined and offered for approval of Expert Commission for ensuring transparency.
Candidates announced grants of total amount to BGN 204 512 919 and the budget under measure for the acceptance period is BGN 85 748 928. It was formed by funds for 2010, 50% of subsidies under measure for 2010, as well as indigested budget from last acceptance periods. This includes and additional financing under European Economic Recovery Plan (EERP) for years 2009-2010, amounting to BGN 14 407 727.
