"You are doing great deeds by helping the poor and teaching them how to deal with agriculture. This is a pious deed, because to teach someone how to deal with agriculture is the first step to teach someone how to make a living by himself, “said Minister of Agriculture, Prof. Dimitar Grekov at the meeting with His Eminence Nikiforos Archbishop of Congo and Central Africa.

"You have correctly oriented toward gradual training of poor people to cultivate the land in Africa. We are ready to help in any way we can because agriculture changes people, their views and faith to good, "the minister pointed out.

Minister Dimitar Grekov participated in the first of the celebrations on the occassion of the 200th anniversary of the restoration of Tsarnogorsky monastery "St. Cosmas and St. Damian, "which was held in Sofia bishopric. He talked with His Holiness Patriarch Neophyte of Bulgaria.
