The second procedure for submitting of application for approval of Local Action Groups under Measure 41 “Implementation of Strategies for Local Development” on Axis 4 LEADER of Rural Development Program 2007-2013 will end on November 7, 2011. Among the main requirements for candidates are: they to be juridical persons with non-profit organization that carry out public – useful activity and represented partnerships with obligatory participation of municipalities on a given territory. Local Action Groups should be directly engaged with implementation of integrated local development strategy, developed under requirements of RDP.
Applications under Measure 41 of Rural Development Program will be evaluated by a Joint Committee in which external experts-evaluators will take part.
The budget for this acceptance under Measure 41 “Implementation of Strategies for Local Development” amounted to EUR 26 981 814 and not contracted budget under Measure of the previous acceptance of application amounted to EUR 1 407 125, 34.
Approved Local Action Groups will conclude contracts for financing and under sub-measure 431-1 “Management of Local Action Groups, acquiring skills and achieving public activity of the territories for Local Action Groups, implementing local development strategies”.
The budget for this acceptance under the Measure amounted to EUR 3 630 000 plus the reminder of previous receptions under the two sub-measures of Measure 431 of RDP.
