"I have repeatedly expressed my concern over the third public procurement for the selection of a Certifying Authority under the Rural Development Programme, which was launched on June 11, 2014, has been confirmed. Today the Commission for Protection of Competition cancelled the procedure with respect to legitimacy. The impossibility of conducting three public procurements in the frames of a year poses a risk to the certifying of some BGN 1,650 billion already paid under the state budget. We will now avail of all the legal possibilities envisaged in the Public Procurement Act to select rapidly and adequately a Certifying Authority in view of the circumstances creating an absolute necessity of such. In view of the facts the European Commission has also postponed the deadline for certifying the resources by the end of January 2015,”
