Between 19 – 23 March, 2012 State Fund "Agriculture"has paid financial support amounting to 884,039 under the National Program for Support of the Vine and Wine Sector 2008/2009 - 2013/2014. Subsidies received three beneficiaries for projects under Measures "Restructuring and conversion of vineyards" and "Crop insurance". Since the beginning of the year (October 15, 2011) up to now a total of BGN 12,157,189 has been paid under Measure in "Restructuring and conversion of vineyards".

In Sector "Wine" of the Paying Agency the common market organization of wine to the European Union is applied, while financing takes place through measures set out by the Member State. Program funds are provided by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and are divided into three steps: "Restructuring and conversion of vineyards", "Crop insurance" and "Promotion in third countries."
