Ordinance № 7 of 1992 on hygiene requirements for health protection of the urban environment is repealed, becomes clear from the No 38 of the State Gazette. This Ordinance regulated hygiene requirements for companies that produce and trade with food products and the conditions for production and marketing of quality safe foods.
Ordinance also reffered to the etablishments, which produce and trade with food, no matter of their property type or way of management.
