September 30 this year is deadline for conclusion annexes under contracts for credits, granted to farmers from State Fund “Agriculture” in 2008, 2009 and 2010. The possibility for extension of credits refers to the one-year credits, provided in 2008, 2009 and 2010 to farmers for buying fodder to feed ruminants (cattle, buffaloes, sheep and goats), poultry and pigs. The decision was approved by Board of State Fund.
The interest under extension will be at 6%, but not less than reference rate for the Republic of Bulgaria, applicable to the date of conclusion the annex to extension contract.
The deadline to which farmers will have to repay their credits is November 26 2012. It refers to principal of the credit and to the interest for the last 2012.
In case that credits were not postponed they become exigible and State Fund “Agriculture” will take measures to collect them.
The conclusion of the annexes is made in the Departments “Implementation of the schemes and support measures” to the 28 Regional Directorates of State Fund “Agriculture” and is holding from 15.08.2011 to 30.09.2011.
