Experts from Executive Forestry Agency, Regional Directorates of Forestry, jointly with the “Fire Safety and Rescue” Regional Directorates start to systematically control the implementation of the fire protection activities during the dangerous summer’s fire season of the present year. Checks are undertaken to lead preventive measures for averting forestry fires in agricultural areas in our country. Control over implementation of anti-fire measures will be realized in range of activity of the State Forestry Enterprises and State Hunting Enterprises, which are territorial divisions of the sixth newly created State Hunting enterprises. The cleaning of flamed grassed materials along railways and roads, line facilities, agricultural areas, touristic chalets will be monitored.
Regional Directorates of Forestry will monitor the strict observance of orders for anti-fire season, already announced in all regions in the country. The readiness of the officers from the fire fighting groups in state enterprises and mostly those engaged with the service of specialized vehicles for patrolling and initial attack of forest fires will be checked.
During the fire season is forbidden to light a fire and carrying of fire works in forest areas, as well as at a distance less than 100 meters from the borders of forests. Individuals passing through or residing at forest areas are bound to observe the orders for fire safety.
