Financial framework for agriculture within the budget 2012, which was contracted between Minister of Agriculture and Food Dr. Miroslav Naydenov and non-governmental organizations from the sector on 14.09.2011 and has been signed today by the Prime-Minister and Minister of Finance Simeon Dyankov, as well as by the National Grain Producers Association. In financial 2012 year Bulgarian farmers will receive over BGN 1, 3 milliard, out of which BGN 838 130 243 are European funds and BGN 500 285 904 are from the national budget. From budget funds are secured national additional payments amounting to BGN 384 145 904 and BGN 116 150 000 are state aids. For the first time aids include funds for vegetable and fruit-growing, pig breeding and poultry farming. From national additional payments BGN 73 million are foreseen to tobacco producers, and BGN 71 million for animal breeding under per capita scheme. For national additional payments per area to direct payments are provided BGN 310 million.
