From tomorrow, August 23 2011 shall operate a new Ordinance for felling in forests, by which will be regulated the terms and conditions for their implementation.
With the normative act are regulated the types of felling and methods for their implementation. Also are signed the rules for marking of plantation, intended for felling, as well as issuing permits and necessary documents.
The accent in the new Ordinance is the system of regimes and measures of managing the forests, falling among the forestry habitat types, included in the Natura 2000, ecological network of the European Union.
