To facilitate the realization of investment projects under Rural Development Program (RDP), European Commission (EC), increased the limit of advanced payments to 50%.
State Fund “Agriculture” prepared official annexes to the contracts, signed by the municipalities, to which have yet not been submitted requests for advanced payments, to expedite the implementation of the decree and with the purpose of better project finance. In this case there no need for municipalities to apply for conclusion of annexes.
The mayors of municipalities can sign the annexes to the contracts in the building of State Fund “Agriculture” in convenient time. Municipalities, which have already declared payments, are necessary to submit a new request with higher advanced rates.
Prepared official annexes are as follows: under Measure 311 “Diversification into Non-Agricultural Activities” – 29; Measure 321 “Basic Services for the Economy and Population in Rural Areas” – 32; Measure 322 “Renovation and Development of Villages” – 44.
