From September 30 to October 7, 2011 Bulgarian Food Safety Agency made 559 checks of kitchen units in nurseries, kindergartens, children kitchens and children nutrition facilities in primary schools, located throughout the country
- Instructions issued – 134 pieces
- Acts for administrative violations issued – 8 pieces
The most common violations are related to incorrect keeping of documents on the system for self control, lack of trade documents, and presence of foods without labels, non-observing of expiration date, temperature and regime of storage, unsatisfactory hygiene and so on.
