Desislava Todorova was chosen for Deputy Executive Director in sphere of responsibility “Implementation of Measures under Rural Development Program”, by decision of Board of State Fund “Agriculture”.
Mrs. Todorova is a leading expert of Paying Agency and has significant professional experience under Rural Development Program. Her experience and knowledge in all aspects, related to implementation of different measures under the RDP, will contribute to optimization of mechanisms and procedures, in accordance with Regulation 1698/2005 of Council for encouraging rural development and National legislation.
Desislava Todorova is a graduate of English Language School; then she was studying Business Administration” at Sofia University St. “Kliment Ohridski”, and after that she did a master’s degree in “Economy and Management of Public Sector” at the same university.
