Bulgaria’s National Agency of Fisheries and Aquaculture (NAFA) has confiscated 1 116 kg of fish in 341 check-ups over the last two days.
The inspectors, who are checking dams and fish retailers ahead of Saint Nicholas’ Day, December 6, drew up 24 statements for illegal fishing and for unauthorized sale and transportation.
