Directorate General for Agriculture, forests and land tenure within the MAF reminds that on February 9, 2011 the deadline for acquiring ownership of adjacent and built-up lands without owing sums for their use. From February 10, 2011, the sums for land use become due. The amount of sums is determined by the tax valuation plus an amount equal to the product of the taxable value with a coefficient of 0,01 and the number of months from the arising of obligation occurrence till the acquisition of ownership built-up and adjacent lands.
The procedure for acquiring ownership of these lands is regulated in Chapter Four "a" Section I "Disposal of lands” under Art. 27 para. 6 of the Law on ownership and use of agricultural lands (LOUAL) "pursuant to the Regulation for implementing the Law on Ownership and Use of Agricultural Lands, promulgated SG. 62/2009
