Regional Food Safety Directorates have begun consultations on spot and submission of service requirements prescriptions for farm production of raw cow's milk from the second and third group farms in the country. Their aim is to explain the necessary steps to be taken by farmers for the transition of  farms in the first group.
 Official veterinarians will issues reports and prescribed deadlines  for the elimination of discrepancies pursuant to Regulation 853/2004/EC laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin.
