Minister of Agriculture and Food Dr. Miroslav Naydenov is leaving on an official visit to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan from 25 to 29 March 2011 on an invitation of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture of Jordan, H.E. Prof. Samir Habashne. During his visit Minister Naydenov will meet with his Jordanian counterpart and other officials.
Minister Naydenov and the Bulgarian delegation will participate in a forum of Jordanian and Bulgarian companies from the farming, forestry, hunting, food manufacturing, and wood industries. The Minister will meet representatives of the Association of the Growers and Exporters of Vegetables and will visit vegetable gardens and citrus orchards.
During his visit Minister Naydenov will open the forum “Days of Bulgaria in Jordan” organized by the Bulgarian-Jordanian Chamber of Economic Cooperation and Hassan Barmaui, Honorary Consul of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in Sofia, together with the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism. Deputy Minister of Economy and Energy Evgeni Angelov will also participate in the delegation.
