Animal reeders who keep cows, buffaloes, sheep and goat-mothers, can submit their applications from 27 June / Monday / to15 July 2011 in all Regional Directorates of the State Fund "Agriculture". Board of Directors shall approve the financial resource up to BGN 20 million for farmers to feed their animals under the EU de minimis aid. Financial support is provided to individuals, sole proprietors and legal persons included in the Farmers and breeders register.
The main requirement is that applicants should not have any obligations to the Fund. The total amount of the aid should not exceed 7500 ЕUR over the last three fiscal years (2009-2011) per person.
Once the applicants' documents and information is summarized, SFA will make a proposal to the Board of the Fund to determine the state aid within the approved budget. The deadline for the negotiation of funds is July 25, 2011 to August 4, 2011, and the final date for payment is August 12, 2011.
