Bulgarian Food Safety Agency and representatives of the Chamber of Industrial Bread Producers and Confectioners in Bulgaria will sign the Bulgarian state standard for bread quality on 05.04.2011 at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. It will be valid for three types of bread– white, brown, and the local variety "Dobrudzha.
