Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forestry Rumen Porodzanov met with Tekla Harangozo, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to Bulgaria. They discussed active cooperation in the field of agriculture, both bilaterally and within the European Union. Minister Porodzanov pointed out that this is the way to support the positions and to protect the interests of the farmers more firmly.
The Ambassador handed Minister Porodzanov an official invitation from the Minister of Agriculture of Hungary, Dr Sándor Fazekas, to attend the meeting of the Ministers of Agriculture of the Visegrad Group and Bulgaria, Romania and Slovenia in September this year.
During the meeting, Minister Porodzanov and the Hungarian Ambassador talked about the organization of celebration the Day of Hungarian-Bulgarian Friendship in October this year.
