Experts from Ministry of Agriculture and Food will give explanations related to open projects’ acceptance of agricultural farms to young farmers and vegetable producers under Measure 121 of Rural Development Program (RDP) 2007-2013 on December 2, 2011 in Silistra. Meeting-seminar and discussion about the requirements and way of applying under the measure for modernization of agricultural holdings of RDP will be held at 10am in Conference Hall of ”Danube” Hotel.
Projects’ acceptance under Measure 121 for determinate divestments with common budget of EUR 27 million started on November 21 and will continue to December 21, 2011. During this period will be accepted projects for modernization of vegetable and fruits gardens and greenhouses, as well as farmers who have received funds under measures for supporting of young farmers and semi-substance farms. Over EUR 10 million of the funds are provided to fruits and vegetables sector, and another EUR 12 million are provided for young farmers, and the rest EUR 5 million – for investments in semi-substances farms.
On December 2, experts from “Rural Development” Directorate of MAF will answer the questions and will consult producers for the investments.
