Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Vassil Groudev and Minister for Food and Agriculture of the Republic of Mongolia, Radnaa Burmaa signed an Agreement on Providing Technical Assistance in Agricultural Sector in the capital Ulaanbaatar.
Bulgaria will build a greenhouse in Ulaanbaatar provide advisory services and technical assistance after the construction. The aim of the program is to demonstrate the Bulgarian know-how and technologies in greenhouse construction. Practical training is planned to be conducted to promote the dissemination of adapted Bulgarian technology for greenhouse production throughout Mongolia. The greenhouse will be built in accordance with European standards having automatic control systems for heating, lighting, ventilation, misting and irrigation. The facility will operate year-round for production of fresh vegetables according to the Mongolian weather conditions.
