Minister of Agriculture and Food Dr. Miroslav Naydenov met with Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Romania Valeriu Tabare in Brussels. The meeting was held in connection with the coordinated actions of the two countries for the equalization of the EU subsidies as early as 2014, but not in 2016. The two ministers agreed to put together the matter before the European Commission.
Minister Naydenov and Minister Tabare agreed a quadrilateral meeting between the EC, Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary as EU Presidency to be held where to discuss the problems related to SAPARD pre-accession program in Bulgaria and Romania.
