Amount of subsidies under projects is BGN 5 727 084. They were approved today during conference of European Commission of ensuring transparency under Measure 121 “Modernization of agricultural holdings” of Rural Development Program (RDP).
Most farmers plan to invest in agricultural equipment to cover the standards of the Community. Except investments for implementation of Nitrate Directive, State Fund “Agriculture” supported several projects for achieving requirements of Directive 1999/ 74/ EC for the protection of layer hens.
It will be financed and investments in the sector of organic production. They provide purchasing of specialized equipment as well as establishing of plantations of lavender and acacia. Implementation of these projects will help technical and organic cultivation of cropped areas.
