For the first time Bulgaria is a partner country in the hunting and fishing exhibition El Salón de Cazadores, Venatoria 2011 in the Spanish capital Madrid.
The largest event in Southwestern Europe will be opened by Minister of Agriculture and Food Miroslav Naydenov. For the fifth year in a row the Agriculture Ministry and Executive Forestry Agency will present Bulgaria with its own stall. The hunting house with national elements for welcoming guests and a place for negotiations will spread on 100 square meters.
The exhibition is on between March 3 and 5.
Bulgaria has participated in large-scale advertising campaign as host of "Venatoria. Advertising billboards, posters and brochures will be shown at the exhibition. Our country is included with a full page advertisement in the official catalogue of Venatoria. Apart from this, such ads are publishedt in a number of specialized (hunting) Spanish newspapers and magazines. The motto of the Bulgarian participation is "Catch a trophy! (¡Caza trofeo!). For this purpose, a logo was specially designed.
"Venatoria is the largest exhibition of hunting trophies in the Hispanic countries. It enjoys the support of influential international NGOs, Spanish governmental institutions and the Spanish Royal Family. The exhibition is held annually and is among the most prestigious events in the field of hunting, fishing and hobby tourism in Europe. This year it was held for 16-th time.
