The second procedure of taking application for approval of Local Action Groups under Measure 41 “Implementation of Strategies for Local Development” on Axes 4 LEADER of Rural Development Program 2007 – 2013 will be held from October 14 to November 7, 2011. Among main requirements for candidates are to be a juridical person with non-profit organization that carries out public-useful activity and they are partnerships with obligatory participation of municipalities in the territory. Local Action Groups have been directly involved in the implementation of integrated local development strategy, developed under requirements of RDP.
Applications under Measure 41 of the Program will be evaluated by International Commission in which will take part external experts-evaluators. The budget for this period under Measure 41 “Implementation of Strategies for Local Development” amounted to EUR 26 981 814. Approved Local Action Groups will conclude contracts for financing and under sub-measure 431-1 “Management of Local Action Group”, gain of skills and achieve of social activity of the territory for Local Action Groups, applying local development strategies”. The budget for this acceptance of application under sub-measure 431-1 “Management of Local Action Group”, gain of skills and achieve of social activity of the appropriate territory for the Local Action Groups , implementing local development strategies” amounted to EUR 3 630 000 plus the rest of the previous reception under two of the sub-measures of measure 41 of RDP.
