Minister Naydenov will meet tomorrow with Director of EFSA Mrs. Catherine Lanéelle

Minister of Agriculture and Food Dr. Miroslav Naydenov will meet tomorrow with Executive Director of European Food Safety Authority Mrs. Catherine Geslain-Lanéelle.

Executive Director of EFSA is in Bulgaria for her first official visit after establishment of European Food Safety Authority in 2002, and now she has to acquaint with the structure and functions of Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFSA) and with the activity of scientific institutes and research laboratories in field of food. 

During the meeting is foreseen Mrs. Lanéelle to visit the Risk Assessment Center of BFSA and to meet with Bulgarian experts, participating in scientific panels of European Authority.   

At 1:00pm is foreseen press conference of Mrs. Lanéelle and Minister Naydenov in the Grand College of Ministry of Agriculture and Food. The conference will be attended by Dr. Jordan Voynov, Executive Director of BFSA and Dr. Boyko Likov, Director of Risk Assessment Center.
