In order facilitate municipal entities under the Public Procurement Act (PPA) and Ordinance for the award of small Public Procurement contracts (RSPP) in implementing projects under the Rural Development Programme, the State Fund "Agriculture" published recommendation guidelines, including information about the most common mistakes, guidelines and recommendations to the beneficiaries, as well as standard formulas for assessment calculation.
The guidelines were developed based on the practice of State Fund "Agriculture" in the course of implementing subsequent control over procurement procedures financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and are in full compliance with the statements of the Procurement Agency for various cases and questions received b.
The guidelines are of recommendatory nature and not mandatory for the beneficiaries that are public entities, according to PPA.
