On the grounds of the new Forestry Law, by an Order of 13.04.2011of the Minister of Agriculture and Food Dr. Miroslav Naydenov., the territorial scope of activity of six new state forest enterprises and their headquarters was defined
Territorial divisions of state enterprises, including forestry and hunting farms were also defined.
The order envisages a competition for directors of new enterprises to be carried out, then Minister of Agriculture and Food will sign management contracts for a period of 5 years with the directors.
The Minister’s order also envisages the election of members of the ManagementBoards in the enterprises.
Head Offices of new enterprises will be located in the towns of Vratsa, Gabrovo, Shumen, Blagoevgrad, Smolyan, Sliven.
