By order of Dr. Dragomir Gospodinov the Executive Director of the Executive Agency for Fisheries and Aquaculture Dr.Kiril Delev is appointed as a deputy director of NAFA responsible for "Fisheries sector and control".
Since 2007 Kiril Delev has been working in Regional Directorate of State Fund "Agriculture" - Montana. There he begins as an expert in the implementation of measures under the Rural Development Programme and then became head of a department to the Paying Agency SFA - Montana, and from mid 2011 to February 24, 2012 was an administrative Director of the Regional Directorate of the Fund. Dr. Delev has worked in ReginalVeterinary Service - Montana.
The main activity of Kiril Delev in NAFA is to monitor directly the work of regional sectors "Fisheries and control" of the agency in the country and to strengthen controls against illegal fishing.
