HRISTINA STOYKOVA

She was born on April 9, 1968 in Samokov.
She is a Lawyer, second master's degree - Public Administration.
By 2009 is a lawyer in Sofia Bar Association. There is a legal practice and successful initiatives in the field of dialogue and cooperation between legislative bodies, government institutions and NGOs in Bulgaria.
She speaks English ,Russian  and  French. Married with three children.

Functions
1. Organize, manage and supervise the overall activities of the regional directorate.
2. Support the implementation of state policy on agriculture and forestry and in implementing the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union within the area concerned.
3. Directs, coordinates and supervises the activities of the territorial units - Municipal Agriculture Offices.
4. Coordinates the activities of the Regional Directorate of Agriculture in connection with the enforcement activities of the Program for Rural Development (PRD) for the period 2007 to 2013
5. Exercise interaction with the regional offices of other minor officers of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food  territory of the province.
6. (Amended -State Newspaper(SN). 73 of 2010, effective on 17/09/2010) approve the official plan of the regional directorate in consultation with the Minister of Agriculture and Food
7. Establishes internal rules for wage administration.
8. Appoints officials, modify and terminate working relationships with them.
9. Sign, amend and terminate employment contracts with persons working under employment relationship.
10. (Amended. - SN. 60 of 2010, with effect from 03.08.2010 on) make proposals for inclusion in the investment program of Ministry of Agriculture and Food(MFA) sites related to activities of the directorate as well as those related to the activities of the Directorate of Irrigation in MFA , including art . 8, para. 2, p. 1 of Law on Protection of Agricultural Lands(LPAL) , in the region.
11. (Amended - SN. 60 of 2010, with effect from 03.08.2010 year) make proposals for inclusion in the investment program of MAF sites related to activities of the directorate as well as those related to the activity of the Irrigation in MAF, including art. 8, para. 2, p. 1 LPAL , in the region.
12. Determine the persons who control the quality and quantity of work performed in connection with the execution of the objects of art. 8, para. 2, p. 1 LPAL and participate in the reception committee for final adoption of the objects.
13. Organizes and appoint committees to the adoption of objects of art. 8, para. 2, p. 1 LPAL in accordance with the Law on Spatial.
14. (new - SN. 60 of 2010, in force since 03.08.2010) controls the activities of irrigation of agricultural lands, incl. supervision of irrigation associations according to the irrigation associations, the territory of the province.
15. (prev. 14 - SN. 60 of 2010, effective year 08/03/2010) Disciplinary Board shall appoint and controls officers appointed by it.
16. (prev. 15 - SN. 60 of 2010, with effect from 03.08.2010 year) defines an employee to perform the duties of security officer information within the meaning of the Protection of Classified Information.
17. (prev. 16 - SN. 60 of 2010, with effect from 03.08.2010 year) defines an employee or employees who inspect or persons under Art. 25, para. 2, item 5 of the Law on preventing and detecting conflicts of interest (LPDCI).
18. (prev. 17 - SN. 60 of 2010, with effect from 03.08.2010 year) perform other functions assigned by law or regulations from the Minister of Agriculture and Food.
19. In exercising its powers to the regional Director General shall issue individual administrative acts.
20. The director may assign a written order the execution of individual functions of the Main Secretary if he absent.
21. Functions of the Director in his absent,are carried out by an order determined in each case from an official of the directorate staff.
22. The director of the regional directorate interacts with the local authorities in the region, with the executive authorities and other bodies and organizations.
23. Director of the Regional Directorate  presents to the Minister of Agriculture and Food  annual report of the Regional Directorate for Agriculture.
