Penalties for  Farmers

    Regional Directorate of Agriculture, Sofia region draws your attention that burning of stubble and other plant residues in agricultural land is absolutely prohibited under Art. 6, paragraph 2 of the preservation of agricultural lands and shall be fined.
    Informing farmers, candidates for direct payments to an area that burned stubble plots do not meet the national standard 2.2 approved by the Minister of Agriculture and Food № RD 09-616 / 21.07.2010g., conditions for maintaining land in good agricultural and environmental condition are not subject to sanction and support. Burning of stubble in disadvantaged areas are liable to refund the paid subsidies.

IMPORTANT FOR USERS OF AGRICULTURAL LANDS!

    According to art 37b (1) of the Act on ownership and use of agricultural lands, owners must submit declaration to the municipal office of agriculture in which stating the form of use of the property  of tenure and the way of  use land.
    The declaration shall be filed no later than May 31 personally or through  form approved by the Minister of Agriculture and Food and is valid for the next business year.
    Users of agricultural land are required to submit to the municipal office of agriculture copy of tenancy agreements, lease or joint cultivation.
    Declaration form for the use of agricultural land can be downloaded from the "News".

    The orders of the Director of OD Agriculture Sofia district of art  37, paragraph 4 OUFLA for allocating arrays for use lands for business from 2010 to 2011, were published in the "Official documents - Other".
