Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Dr. Tzvetan Dimitrov confers a plaque with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food to the Chairman of the Union of Poultry in Bulgaria Prof. D. Sc. Boris N. Stoimenov at the "Sheraton"Hotel. The prize was awarded for its overall activity during the celebration of the twenty year anniversary of the UPB.
