Minister of Agriculture and Food Dr. Miroslav Naydenov and Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Tsvetan Dimitrov met with President of Confederation of Labor “Podkrepa” Dr. Konstantin Trenchev and President of Confederation of Independent syndicates in Bulgaria Plamen Dimitrov in the building of MAF. They discussed issues related to leadership and financing of “Irrigation systems” EAD.
Minister Naydenov announced that he had decided with an order to merged “Irrigation systems” EAD and hydro meliorations Sevlievo, in order to save the company. Minister informed that he will appoint new common board of directors for the last time, as he will require of them a weekly report. In case they are not able to fulfill their duties, minister will offer “Irrigation system” EAD to become a state enterprise.
Minister Naydenov said that financing of “Irrigation systems” EAD will be done by Sofia Commodity Exchange and thus will not be taken commission from another firms. He noted that the salaries of company employees will be paid until the end of the year.
