The first event of the year of the "Open Doors Days" Campaign under the Rural Development Programme (RDP) 2007-2013 will be held on 13 January in Vratsa. From 12.00 hrs in the "Hemus" Hotel will be organized a meeting-seminar on how to obtain free consultancy program for farmers and regional media in the area.
